City Hall - Athens, GA

I was downtown on a rainy Saturday afternoon and happened to catch this photo under the cover of a parking deck.

I like this photo but I wish I could have set the shutter speed a little faster so as to capture the birds flying around the dome a little better. I don't know if it really would have made a difference, but that's the only thing I'd change with this photo.

The dome of City Hall makes for a good B&W subject, I think. This one was taken with a red filter. I took several pictures of the dome with various filters, but this one looked the best to me.
